Inquiry and error correction
The folio is not a second wiki. It is a Popper operating system: questions sharpen into bets, bets into bounded runs, runs into signal, signal into revised bets.
Two loops

Karpathy-style librarian work (thought/, compile) distills sources into concepts. Inquiry work (self/inquiry/) distills concepts into bets you can lose.
Why phases split Wonder from Propose
Most systems collapse curiosity and commitment. We don't. A question stays honest not-knowing until you're willing to be wrong in public (or to yourself on the inner path). A hypothesis is a contract with reality.
